After a thorough examination of the first item on the agenda of the meeting, the Permanent Commission made decisions to authorize two economic concentration operations that do not impact competition in the relevant markets. These operations are as follows: The creation of a new company by the companies &#8220;VLT Investment 6 B.O&#8221; and &#8220;Voltalia Maroc&#8221;, owned by the &#8220;Voltalia&#8221; group; The acquisition by the company &#8220;CEVA Logistics headoffice Bo&#8221; of 60% of the shares and exclusive control of the company &#8220;AS Transport International&#8221;. Furthermore, the Permanent Commission examined the draft decision to cancel the in-depth study regarding the acquisition by the company &#8220;Carlisle&#8221; of the company &#8220;Draka&#8221;, specialized in aeronautical electrical wiring following the request of the notifying party to withdraw its authorization request for the said operation. Also, in order to allow the members of the commission to definitively decide on the project of the decision submitted to them, the Council&#8217;s instruction services were asked to provide additional elements of comparative law concerning the examined file.
