This meeting was devoted to the examination and approval of the economic concentration project related to the establishment by the &#8220;Caisse des D\u00e9p\u00f4ts et Consignations&#8220;, \u00a0&#8220;EDF Pulse Croissance Holding&#8220;, \u00a0&#8220; ENGIE &#8220; \u00a0and &#8220;La Poste&#8221; of the joint company &#8220;ARCHIPELS&#8221;, active in the certification and management, through Blockchain, of documents and information related to individuals and businesses. After a thorough examination of the various aspects related to this project, the Permanent Commission decided to authorize this economic concentration operation, as it will not have a negative impact on competition in the sector concerned.
