This meeting was dedicated to the presentation and approval of four decisions on economic concentration. The first concentration project concerns the Council&#8217;s decision on the acquisition by &#8220;Caisse des D\u00e9p\u00f4ts et des Consignations&#8221; and &#8220;Total Quadran&#8221; of joint control of the companies &#8220;JBM Solar Nogara&#8221; and &#8220;Quadran Nogra&#8221;, currently exclusively owned by &#8220;Total Quadran&#8221;, operating in the renewable energy market. The second one relates to the acquisition by the company &#8220;Fonci\u00e8re KMR&#8221; of the entire hotel asset and related business of the company &#8220;Club Sangho Marrakech (CGHT)&#8221;. The third decision of the economic concentration project concerns the acquisition by &#8220;Domo Chemicals Gmbh&#8221;, a 100% subsidiary of &#8220;Domo Investment Group&#8221;, of the exclusive control of the business transferred by &#8220;Solvay S.A&#8221;.
