Noting the absence of impacts on competition in the relevant national markets, the Permanent Commission made decisions to authorize the following two economic concentration operations: The establishment of a Moroccan joint venture between the company &#8220;Vivo Energy Maroc sa&#8221; and the company &#8220;T\u00e9nor Restauration sarl&#8221;; The acquisition of exclusive control of the companies Magriser sarl, Escod sarl, and Riego Centre sarl by the investment fund Amethis Mena Fund II Scav-raif sca; Furthermore, the Permanent Commission of the Competition Council decided, in accordance with the provisions of Article 26 of Law 104-12, on the inadmissibility of the submission from three companies regarding the tender No. 05\/2020\/DTM for the acquisition of waste bins for the benefit of the municipality of Taza.
