Indeed, through this Memorandum of Understanding, the bilateral cooperation between the two bodies will optimize the institutional twinning framework concluded between the Competition Council of the Kingdom of Morocco and a consortium composed of the Hellenic Competition Commission (Greece), the Competition and Consumer Protection Authority of Poland, and the Italian Competition Authority. The said memorandum aims to promote cooperation in the areas of competition policy and law, to develop exchanges in terms of knowledge and expertise regarding regulation and case law in competition law, as well as to exchange best practices related to procedural, methodological, and technical aspects of investigations, inquiries, and sectoral studies."}
