1. PURPOSE<\/b><\/h4>\n

This website, accessible at <\/span>[<\/b>https:\/\/conseil-concurrence.ma<\/b><\/a>]<\/b> (hereinafter the “Site”), is published by the <\/span>Competition Council<\/b> (hereinafter “the Council”, “we” or “our”).<\/span><\/p>\n

These General Terms of Use (GTU) aim to define the terms of access and use of the Site by any person who consults, navigates, or uses it (hereinafter “User”).<\/span><\/p>\n

By accessing the Site, the User fully and unreservedly accepts these GTU.<\/span>
\n<\/span>If they refuse one or more provisions, they are invited not to use the Site.<\/span><\/p>\n

The GTU can be consulted at any time on the Site and may be modified at any time by the Competition Council.<\/span><\/p>\n

2.ACCESS TO THE SITE<\/b><\/h4>\n

The Site is accessible 24\/7, except for interruptions for maintenance, updates, force majeure, or any event beyond the control of the Council.<\/span><\/p>\n

The User acknowledges having the necessary means to access the Site and commits to using secure equipment protected against viruses and other computer threats.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Competition Council cannot be held responsible in case of interruption, error, or any damage resulting from access or the inability to access the Site.<\/span><\/p>\n
