As part of the institutional twinning project entitled \u201cStrengthening the Institutional Capacities of the Competition Council\u201d, concluded in December 2021 by the Competition Council with a consortium composed of the Hellenic Competition Commission, the Polish Office of Competition and Consumer Protection, and the Italian Competition Authority, a database of European case law was designed. Its design was carried out by experts from the Hellenic Competition Authority in collaboration with Moroccan judges and rapporteurs.<\/p>\n

The latter brings together decisions of competition authorities as well as court rulings.<\/p>\n

It is accessible to rapporteurs and judges; it will later be expanded to include Moroccan case law.<\/p>\n
