It is a major player in affordable housing in Morocco, having completed numerous real estate projects through its subsidiaries.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEspace D\u00e9veloppement SA\u201d is a public limited company incorporated under Moroccan law, with a share capital of MAD 272,405,000, registered with the Casablanca Trade Register under number 176237, with its registered office located at 216 Boulevard Zerktouni, Casablanca, Morocco. Elle est un acteur majeur du logement \u00e9conomique au Maroc ayant \u00e0 son actif la r\u00e9alisation de nombreux projets immobiliers \u00e0 travers ses filiales. \u00ab Espace D\u00e9veloppement SA \u00bb est une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 anonyme de droit marocain, au capital social de 272.405.000 dirhams, immatricul\u00e9e au Registre du Commerce de Casablanca sous le num\u00e9ro 176237, dont le si\u00e8ge social est situ\u00e9 au 216 Boulevard Zerktouni, Casablanca, Maroc. Elle d\u00e9tient un projet immobilier et h\u00f4telier haut de gamme constitu\u00e9 de 5 tranches \u00e0 Dar Bouazza, \u00e0 Casablanca, appel\u00e9 projet P\u00e9ninsula.
