It operates in the card-based electronic payment market.<\/p>\n<p>The target assets consist of contracts between merchants and \u201cCentre Mon\u00e9tique Interbancaire SA\u201d. The latter is a public limited company incorporated under Moroccan law, with its registered office located at 8, Avenue Moulay Rachid, Casablanca, and registered with the Casablanca Trade Register under number 107713.
