In accordance with the provisions of Article 14 of Law 20-13 of the Competition Council, the permanent commission held a meeting on Monday, April 14, 2025 at 9:30 am under the chairmanship of Mr. Ahmed REHHOU, President of the Competition Council, to examine the file submitted to it by the Council’s investigative services.<\/p>\n

At the beginning of its work, the Permanent Commission approved the minutes of its meeting held on Monday, April 10, 2025.<\/p>\n

The permanent commission decided to authorize the following economic concentration operation:<\/p>\n

The acquisition by “Dari Couspate SA” of the tangible assets related to the industrial transformation activity of hard wheat into semolina of the company “Les Grandes Semouleries du Maroc SA”.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
