In accordance with the provisions of Article 14 of Law No. 20-13 of the Competition Council, the Permanent Commission held a meeting on Monday, March 10, 2025 at 11:00 am, under the chairmanship of Mr. Ahmed RAHHOU, President of the Competition Council, to examine the file submitted to it by the Council’s investigation services.<\/p>\n

At the beginning of its work, the Permanent Commission approved the Minutes of its meeting held on Friday, March 7, 2025.<\/p>\n

The Permanent Commission then decided to authorize the economic concentration operation concerning the joint control acquisition by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development \u00ab BERD \u00bb of the company \u00ab Dislog Group SA \u00bb from its historical shareholders \u00ab H&S Invest Holding SA \u00bb and \u00ab SPE AIF I LP \u00bb.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
