In accordance with the provisions of Article 38 of the Internal Regulations of the Competition Council, the Council’s Section held a meeting on Wednesday, February 19, 2025 at 10 a.m., under the chairmanship of Mr. Abdelaziz Talbi, Vice President of the Competition Council, to examine the file submitted to it by the Council’s investigative services.<\/p>\n
