In accordance with the provisions of Article 14 of Law No. 20-13 of the Competition Council, the Permanent Commission held a meeting on Monday, January 20, 2025 at 09:30, under the chairmanship of Mr. Ahmed RAHHOU, President of the Competition Council, to examine the file submitted to it by the Council’s investigative services.<\/p>\n

At the beginning of its work, the Permanent Commission approved the Minutes of its meeting held on Thursday, January 16, 2025.<\/p>\n

The Permanent Commission then decided to authorize the economic concentration operation involving the joint control by the \u201cFonds Capital Venture\u201d (FCV) of the company \u201cPremium Technology and Services SAS\u201d (PTS), alongside the historical shareholders, through the acquisition of 5.75% of its share capital and the related voting rights.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
