In accordance with the provisions of Article 14 of Law No. 20-13 of the Competition Council, the Permanent Commission held a meeting on Thursday, January 16, 2025 at 09:30, under the chairmanship of Mr. Ahmed RAHHOU, President of the Competition Council, to examine the files submitted to it by the Council’s investigation services.<\/p>\n

At the beginning of its work, the Permanent Commission approved the Minutes of its meeting held on Thursday, January 09, 2025.<\/p>\n

The Permanent Commission then decided to authorize the economic concentration operation involving the indirect exclusive control of the company Zain Energie S.A.R.L by the company \u201cAfriquia SMDC S.A\u201d.<\/p>\n

Furthermore, it decided to declare the operation involving the exclusive control of the company \u201cUP42 SARL\u201d by the company \u201cNational Space Company SA\u201d as non-notifiable.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
