In accordance with the provisions of Article 14 of Law 20-13 relating to the Competition Council, the Permanent Commission of the council held a meeting on Thursday, October 3, 2024 at 09:30, under the chairmanship of Mr. Ahmed Rahhou, President of the Competition Council, to examine the files submitted to it by the Council’s investigation services.<\/p>\n

At the beginning of its work, the Permanent Commission approved the Minutes of its meeting held on September 30, 2024.<\/p>\n

The Permanent Commission then decided to authorize the withdrawal request regarding the notification file concerning the acquisition by HIKMA PHARMACEUTICALS PLC of a specific medicinal activity (bleomycin) from SANOFI and to close the related economic concentration operation without further action.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
