In accordance with the provisions of Article 14 of Law No. 20-13 on the Competition Council as amended and supplemented, the Permanent Commission of the Council held a meeting on Monday, September 30, 2024 at 09:00, under the chairmanship of Mr. Ahmed Rahhou, President of the Competition Council, to examine the files submitted to it by the Council’s investigation services.<\/p>\n

At the beginning of its work, the Permanent Commission approved the minutes of its meeting held on September 23, 2024.<\/p>\n

The Permanent Commission then decided to authorize the economic concentration operation concerning the acquisition by the company \u00ab Med Z SA \u00bb of the exclusive control of the company \u00abMidparc SA\u00bb through the acquisition of the remaining 66% of its share capital and the related voting rights.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
