The guidelines on the transaction procedure provided for in Article 37 of Law No. 104-12 on price freedom and competition as amended and supplemented aim to provide companies and organizations wishing to benefit from the transaction procedure with a clear and transparent framework explaining the purposes, conditions, modalities, and the procedure for its implementation.<\/p>\n
