NON-CONFIDENTIAL SUMMARY OF THE OPERATION PROVIDED BY THE PARTIES The Competition Council received notification of an economic concentration operation concerning the acquisition by Foxconn Interconnect Technology GmbH (\u201cFIT GmbH\u201d) of the Auto Kbel Group as follows: (i) the significant assets of Auto-Kabel Verwaltungsgesellschaft mbH, Hausen im Wiesental, including 100% of the shares of Auto-Kabel doo Mionica, Mionica, Serbia, Auto-Kabel Krupka s.r.o., Krupka, Czech Republic, and AK Holding AG, Courgenay, Switzerland, as well as over 99.9% of the shares of Auto Cable SARL, Masevaux-Niederbruck, France (\u201cAKM\u201d); (ii) the significant assets of Auto-Kabel Management GmbH, Hausen im Wiesental; (iii) the significant assets of Kabel-Conzept Colonia GmbH, M\u00f6nchengladbach; (iv) the significant assets of Auto-Kabel Hausen Gesellschaft mit beschr\u00e4nkter Haftung, Hausen im Wiesental, including less than 0.01% of the shares of AKM; (v) the significant assets of Auto-Kabel Hausen GmbH &#038; Co. Betriebs-KG, Hausen im Wiesental; (vi) the significant assets of Auto-Kabel Hausen GmbH &#038; Co. Handels KG, Hausen im Wiesental; and (vii) 100% of the stake in Auto-Kabel R\u00fclzheim Verwaltungs-GmbH and 100% of the stake and 75% of the voting rights of Auto-Kabel R\u00fclzheim GmbH &#038; Co. Kommanditgesellschaft, both located in R\u00fclzheim. FIT GmbH is a limited liability company incorporated in Germany. It is the holding company of FIT Voltaira Group GmbH, Pfullingen, Germany (\u201cFIT Voltaira\u201d). FIT Voltaira is a provider of sensor, connectivity, and electrification solutions for motor vehicles, specializing in wiring technologies for four-wheeled and two-wheeled vehicles. FIT Voltaira is primarily active as an assembler of cable harnesses manufactured on demand from its customers, using parts from third-party suppliers.
