The Royal Palace Spokesperson announces, with immense sadness and deep affliction, the passing of HRH Princess Lalla Latifa, may God have mercy on her, on this Saturday, 22 Dou Al Hijja 1445 H corresponding to June 29, 2024, wife of the late His Majesty King Hassan II, may God have mercy on his soul, and mother of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, may God assist and preserve him, and Their Royal Highnesses the Princes and Princesses.<\/strong><\/p>\n

In announcing this painful loss, we pray to the Almighty to surround the departed with His infinite mercy, divine compassion, and to welcome her into His vast paradise, to grant long life to His Majesty King Mohammed VI, may God preserve him and perpetuate his glory.<\/strong><\/p>\n

In this painful circumstance, the Competition Council expresses its sincere condolences and compassion to His Majesty King Mohammed VI, to Their Royal Highnesses the Princes and Princesses, as well as to all Members of the August Royal Family, praying to the Almighty to surround the deceased with His holy mercy, to welcome her into His vast paradise, to grant long life to His Majesty King Mohammed VI, may God preserve him and perpetuate his glory.<\/p>\n
