\nThe Competition Council received a notification regarding an economic concentration project concerning the acquisition by \u201cAKDITAL SA\u201d of the direct exclusive control of the company \u201cPOLYCLINIQUE DAY SA\u201d, through the acquisition of 100% of the share capital and associated voting rights. \u201cPOLYCLINIQUE DAY SA\u201d is a Moroccan joint-stock company, whose purpose is to operate a multidisciplinary clinic located in Beni-Mellal, with a hospitalization capacity of 153 beds and scheduled to start operations towards the end of 2023. \u201cAKDITAL SA\u201d, a Moroccan joint-stock company, is a holding company holding majority stakes in various companies specialized in investments and operation of private clinics in Morocco. It currently includes 21 private hospitals, multidisciplinary clinics, and Oncology Centers totaling 2,195 beds, located in 8 cities in the Kingdom.
