These are the following operations:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13pt;\">The exclusive control by the company &#8220;GarlandLaidley SGPS&#8221; of the shares of the capital and voting rights pertaining to the companies &#8220;Adatra SARL&#8221;, &#8220;Casalis SARL&#8221;, and &#8220;Cerex SARL&#8221;;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13pt;\">The acquisition of assets of the company &#8220;Alshaya Morocco S.A.S&#8221; by the company &#8220;Nestl\u00e9 Maroc SA&#8221;;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13pt;\">The exclusive control by the company &#8220;OMV Aktiengesellschaft&#8221; of the company &#8220;Borealis AG&#8221;.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13pt;\">The Permanent Commission also examined the submission of the company &#8220;Mylan Pharmaceuticals S.A.S&#8221; regarding the compliance of the tender for the purchase of drugs for oncology centers of the Ministry of Health with the rules of fair competition.
