The first decision project concerns the referral from the company Famacolor, regarding alleged unfair competition in the discontinuous polyester fiber sector. The second one deals with the referral from the company MIFA EQUIPMENT, regarding the tender for the acquisition of isothermal boxes (ICE BOX) with a lid and an additional lid with a window to facilitate the handling of fish species.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">The members of the Permanent Commission decided to further examine the content of the first decision project, particularly the aspects related to competition in the relevant market.
