The Permanent Commission of the Competition Council held a meeting on Thursday, December 19, 2019, under the chairmanship of Mr. Driss GUERRAOUI. This meeting was dedicated to the presentation and approval of four decisions on economic concentration.<\/span><\/p>\n

The first concentration project concerns the Council’s decision on the acquisition by “Caisse des D\u00e9p\u00f4ts et des Consignations” and “Total Quadran” of joint control of the companies “JBM Solar Nogara” and “Quadran Nogra”, currently exclusively owned by “Total Quadran”, operating in the renewable energy market.<\/span><\/p>\n

The second one relates to the acquisition by the company “Fonci\u00e8re KMR” of the entire hotel asset and related business of the company “Club Sangho Marrakech (CGHT)”.<\/span><\/p>\n

The third decision of the economic concentration project concerns the acquisition by “Domo Chemicals Gmbh”, a 100% subsidiary of “Domo Investment Group”, of the exclusive control of the business transferred by “Solvay S.A”.<\/span><\/p>\n
