The permanent commission of the Competition Council held a meeting on September 12, 2019, under the chairmanship of Mr. Driss GUERRAOUI, President of the Competition Council.<\/span><\/p>\n

This meeting was dedicated to the presentation and approval of two economic concentration projects, namely; the creation of a joint venture between the company “Nareva Enel Green Power Morocco” and the National Office of Electricity and Drinking Water, as well as the acquisition of 45% of the capital and voting rights of the company “Tana Agriculture Limited” by the company “Palmagri” affiliated with the company “Palmeraie Holding”.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
