KG&#8221;, &#8220;REIFF Technische Produkte GmbH&#8221; and &#8220;Kremer GmbH&#8221; and the exclusive control of the companies &#8220;ROLLER-TECH S.\u00e0.r.l.&#8221;, &#8220;ROLLER BELGIUM S.r.l.&#8221;, &#8220;Evergreen S.A.&#8221; and &#8220;REIFF Technical Products Shanghai Co.
