In accordance with the provisions of Article 14 of Law No. 20-13 of the Competition Council, the Permanent Commission held a meeting on Monday, April 20, 2026 at 09:30, under the chairmanship of Mr. Ahmed RAHHOU, President of the Competition Council, to examine the file submitted to it by the Council’s investigative services.<\/p>\n

At the beginning of its work, the Permanent Commission approved the Minutes of its meeting held on Monday, April 13, 2026.<\/p>\n

The Permanent Commission then decided to declare the economic concentration operation concerning the joint acquisition of control of the company \u00ab Nexera Holdings SP. Z O.O. \u00bb by the companies \u00ab Orange SA \u00bb and \u00ab APG Asset Management NV \u00bb acting on behalf of \u00ab Stichting Pensioenfonds ABP \u00bb as non-notifiable.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
