In accordance with the provisions of Article 14 of Law 20-13 of the Competition Council, the Permanent Commission held a meeting on Monday, September 21, 2026 at 09:30, under the chairmanship of Mr. Ahmed RAHHOU, President of the Competition Council, to examine the file submitted to it by the Council’s investigative services.<\/p>\n

At the beginning of its work, the Permanent Commission approved the Minutes of its meeting held on Thursday, September 17, 2026.<\/p>\n

Subsequently, the Permanent Commission then decided to authorize the economic concentration operation consisting of the creation of a joint venture by the companies \u00ab Airbus S.E. \u00bb, \u00ab Thales S.A. \u00bb and \u00ab Leonardo S.p.A\u00bb.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
