Period within which interested third parties are invited to submit their observations: 10 days from the date of publication of this press release, namely 19 novembre NON-CONFIDENTIAL SUMMARY OF THE TRANSACTION PROVIDED BY THE PARTIES The Competition Council has received notification of an economic concentration transaction. concerning the acquisition of exclusive control of the company \u00ab Euro Maroc Phosphore SA \u00bb (\u00ab EMAPHOS \u00bb) by the company \u00ab\u00a0OCP SPS SA\u00a0\u00bb, belonging to the OCP group, through the acquisition of two thirds of its share capital and the associated voting rights. To date, EMAPHOS is jointly controlled by the company \u00ab\u00a0OCP SA\u00a0\u00bb,\u00ab\u00a0Chemische Fabrik Budenheim KG\u00a0\u00bb (\u00ab\u00a0Budenheim\u00a0\u00bb), a company governed by German law, and \u00ab\u00a0Prayon SA\u00a0\u00bb (\u00ab\u00a0Prayon\u00a0\u00bb), a company governed by Belgian law, each holding 1\/3 of its share capital and the associated voting rights.
