Press release regarding the meeting of the Permanent Commission of the Competition Council – Held on Monday, June 2, 2025

In accordance with the provisions of Article 14 of Law No. 20-13 of the Competition Council, the Permanent Commission held a meeting on Monday, June 2, 2025 at 09:30, under the chairmanship of Mr. Ahmed RAHHOU, President of the Competition Council, to examine the file submitted to it by the Council’s investigative services.

At the beginning of its work, the Permanent Commission approved the Minutes of its meeting held on Monday, May 26, 2025.

The Permanent Commission then decided to authorize the economic concentration operation related to the joint control acquisition by the Azimut group, through its subsidiary “AZ International Holdings S.A.”, of the companies “Red Med Asset Management SA” and “Red Med Securities SA” alongside the historical shareholder “Red Med Capital SARL”.
