Signing of a twinning contract with a consortium of three European competition authorities
The Competition Council signed a twinning contract in December 2021 with Greece, Poland, and Italy. The institutional twinning project between the Competition Council of the Kingdom of Morocco and a counterpart institution of a Member State of the European Union was approved by the European Union Delegation in Rabat at the end of December 2020 and then forwarded to the European Commission in Brussels. Following Rekabet’s request for the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding, several exchanges took place to concretize this shared willingness optimally.
