Signing of a memorandum of understanding with the Hellenic Competition Commission

The Competition Council signed a memorandum of understanding with the Hellenic Competition Commission in March 2022 to further strengthen the partnership relations between the Kingdom of Morocco and the Hellenic Republic.
This collaboration between the Moroccan and Hellenic institutions aims to promote cooperation in the areas of competition policy and law, to facilitate the exchange of expertise in regulation and jurisprudence related to competition law, and to share best practices regarding procedural, methodological, and technical aspects related to the conduct, investigation, and realization of sectoral studies.
