The Competition Council signed a cooperation agreement with the Presidency of the Public Ministry on December 27, 2021. This agreement reflects the concern of both entities to unify their efforts through coordination and consultation between them for an efficient application of the law, protection of markets and consumers, and anti-competitive practices mentioned in articles 6, 7, and 8 of Law 104-12 on freedom of prices and competition. Signing of a twinning contract with a consortium of three European competition authorities
The Competition Council signed a twinning contract in December 2021 with Greece, Poland, and Italy. The institutional twinning project between the Competition Council of the Kingdom of Morocco and a counterpart institution of a Member State of the European Union was approved by the European Union Delegation in Rabat at the end of December 2020 and then forwarded to the European Commission in Brussels.
