Following Rekabet’s request for the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding, several exchanges took place to concretize this shared willingness optimally. The Memorandum was signed between the Competition Council and Rekabet in January 2021 via video conference in the presence of the ambassadors of both parties. The Competition Council signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the competition authority of Portugal on November 13, 2019 in Rabat during the inaugural session of the Rabat International Conference.
