The Competition Council signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the competition authority of Portugal on November 13, 2019 in Rabat during the inaugural session of the Rabat International Conference. It should be noted that this signature was preceded by a preliminary meeting in Lisbon on April 10, 2019, the purpose of which was to establish the conventional framework of the partnership between the two institutions.
