This website (hereinafter the “Site”) is the institutional website of the Competition Council (hereinafter “the Council”, “we” or “our”).
As part of the consultation, browsing or use of the Site, you may be required to provide personal data about yourself.

1.Responsible for processing personal data
The Competition Council is responsible for processing personal data collected via the Site for the following purposes:
- management of user requests (contact, information, reports, etc.);
- management of potential applications;
- technical operation of the Site and statistical analysis.
In the case of an application for a position, the competent entity within the Council is responsible for processing data in the recruitment process.

Subcontractors act only on the instructions of the Council and are contractually obligated to ensure the security and confidentiality of the data.

Data is mainly processed in Morocco.
In case of transfer to a third country, the Council implements appropriate safeguards to ensure an adequate level of protection, in accordance with Law No. 09-08 on the protection of personal data.
6. Data Security
The Council implements technical and organizational measures to protect your data against :

- unauthorized access,
- unauthorized disclosure.
Sensitive forms on the Site are secured using the SSL protocol.
