NON-CONFIDENTIAL SUMMARY OF THE OPERATION PROVIDED BY THE PARTIES
The Competition Council received notification of an economic concentration operation concerning the establishment of the joint venture « Chrono Diali SA » by the companies « Barid Al-Maghrib SA » and « Geopost SA ».
Barid Al-Maghrib SA is a Moroccan public limited company, 100% owned by the Moroccan State, operating in the fields of postal, banking, and logistics services.
GEOPOST SA is a subsidiary of the French group La Poste, specializing in logistics and express messaging in Europe and internationally, particularly in last-mile delivery.
Chrono Diali SA is a joint venture, with its main mission being to offer parcel collection, routing, and delivery services, especially for the Moroccan e-commerce sector.
