In accordance with Article 13 of Law No. 104-12 on freedom of prices and competition and Article 10 of Decree No. 2-14-652 issued for its implementation, as amended and supplemented, the Competition Council makes available to the public the “operation summary” below, containing the information provided by the parties.

The Competition Council has received notification of an economic concentration project concerning the exclusive takeover by the company “Dislog Group SA” of the company “Avon Beauty Products SARLAU” through the acquisition of 100% of its share capital and related voting rights.

“Dislog Group SA” is a Moroccan joint-stock company, with its registered office in the Ouled Saleh Bouskoura industrial zone, Casablanca, registered with the Casablanca Trade Register under number 403199, active in the distribution, industrial, pharmaceutical, and parapharmaceutical sectors.

“Avon Beauty Products SARLAU” is a single-member limited liability company under Moroccan law, with its registered office at 719 Boulevard Modibo Keita, Casablanca, registered with the Casablanca Trade Register under number 107295, specializing in direct sales of beauty products.
