Press release regarding the meeting of the Competition Council Section – Held on Wednesday, February 26, 2025

In accordance with the provisions of Article 38 of the Internal Regulations of the Competition Council, the Council Section held a meeting on Wednesday, February 26, 2025 at 10:00 am, under the chairmanship of Mr. Hassan ABOUABDELMAJID, Vice-President of the Competition Council, to examine the files submitted to it by the Council’s investigation and inquiry services.

The Section then made decisions to authorize the following economic concentration operations:

• Takeover of exclusive control of the company « ED& F Man Commodities Limited » by the company « Hartree Partners LP »;
• Acquisition by the company « Soludia Maghreb SA » of certain assets related to the import and manufacture of dialysis concentrates held by the company « Fresenius Medical Care Pharma Afrique SA »;
• Exclusive control acquisition by the company « Robert Bosch GmbH » of activities in the field of light residential and commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems of the companies « Johnson Controls International Plc » and « Johnson Controls-Hitachi Air Conditioning Holding »;
• Exclusive control takeover by the company « Dislog Group SA » of the company « GB Distribution SARL ».
