Press release regarding the meeting of the Competition Council Section – Held on Wednesday, February 5, 2025

In accordance with the provisions of Article 38 of the Internal Regulations of the Competition Council, the Council’s Section held a meeting on Wednesday, February 19, 2025 at 10 a.m., under the chairmanship of Mr. Abdelaziz Talbi, Vice President of the Competition Council, to examine the file submitted to it by the Council’s investigative services.

The Section decided to authorize the economic concentration operation related to the exclusive control acquisition of the company “Covestro AG” by the company “ADNOC International Germany Holding AG”, a subsidiary indirectly owned by “ADNOC P.J.S.C.”.
