NON-CONFIDENTIAL SUMMARY OF THE OPERATION PROVIDED BY THE PARTIES
The Competition Council received notification of an economic concentration operation concerning the acquisition of exclusive control of the company “Aon Acore SARL” by the company “Casablanca Intermediation Company” from the companies “AMF Finance” and “Aon France” through the acquisition of the remaining share capital and related voting rights.
“Casablanca Intermediation Company” is a holding company with no commercial activities in Morocco, affiliated with Aon France, which is active in the services sector.
“Aon Acore SARL” is a limited liability company based in Casablanca, specializing in insurance brokerage services for commercial and health risks.
