Press release regarding the meeting of the Competition Council Section – Held on Wednesday, February 12, 2025

In accordance with the provisions of Article 38 of the internal regulations of the Competition Council, the Council Section held a meeting on Wednesday, February 12, 2025 at 09:30, under the chairmanship of Mr. Adil BOUKBIR, Vice-President of the Competition Council, to examine the case submitted to it by the Council’s investigation services.

The section decided to authorize the economic concentration operation related to the acquisition of exclusive control by “Fortis 333, Inc.”, a company exclusively controlled by investment funds managed by subsidiaries of “KPS Capital Partners, LP”, the companies “INEOS Composites Holdings Company (UK) Limited”, “INEOS Enterprises US Holdco LLC”, “INEOS Composites International Holdings LLC” and “INEOS Composites Finland Oy” and some of their respective subsidiaries through the acquisition of 100% of their share capital and related voting rights.
