Press release regarding the meeting of the Permanent Commission of the Competition Council – held on Monday, November 11, 2024

In accordance with the provisions of Article 14 of Law No. 20-13 of the Competition Council, the Permanent Commission held a meeting on Monday, November 11, 2024 at 9:30 am, under the chairmanship of Mr. Ahmed RAHHOU, President of the Competition Council, to examine the files submitted to it by the Council’s investigative services.

At the beginning of its work, the Permanent Commission approved the Minutes of its meeting held on November 7, 2024.

The permanent commission decided to authorize the following economic concentration operations:

• Joint control acquisition by the fund « AL MADA VENTURE CAP » of the company « YOLAFRESH USA INC »;
• Establishment of a joint venture « Fertiglobe plc » by the companies « Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) P.J.S.C » and « OCI NV ».
