Press release regarding the meeting of the Competition Council Section – held on Friday, May 10, 2024

In accordance with Article 38 of the internal regulations of the Competition Council, the Council Section held a meeting on Friday, May 10, 2024 at 10 a.m., under the chairmanship of Mr. ABOUABDELMAJID Hassan, Vice-President of the Competition Council, to examine the two cases submitted to it by the Council’s investigation services.

The Section then decided to authorize the following two economic concentration operations:

• the acquisition of exclusive control of the company “Aluflexpack AG” by the company “Constantia Flexibles GMBH”, an indirect subsidiary of the company “One Rock Capital Partners LLC”;
• the exclusive acquisition of the End User Computing Division of “VMware LLC” by the company “Modena Intermediate LLC”.
