NON-CONFIDENTIAL SUMMARY OF THE OPERATION PROVIDED BY THE PARTIES
The Competition Council has received notification of an economic concentration operation concerning the direct joint takeover of the company “Guichet Maroc SARL” by the company “CDG Invest SA”, through the acquisition of 10.01% of the share capital and voting rights.
The company “CDG Invest”, the investment branch of the “Caisse de Dépôt et de Gestion”, is conducting the operation as part of the “212 Founders” program, a support program for entrepreneurs with innovative business projects and international ambitions.
The company “Guichet Maroc SARL” is an event ticketing company that sells tickets to individuals and businesses for music concerts, sports events, theaters, festivals, and other leisure venues.
