The Competition Council has received notification of an economic concentration project by the company “Muhr und Bender KG” regarding its acquisition project of the company “Cyclone Manufacturing Inc.” and its subsidiary “Cyclone Polska Sp. z o.o.”, globally engaged in the manufacture of aerostructure components for commercial aircraft.
