Statement from the Competition Council

It was published in Official Bulletin No. 7197 bis dated 3 kaada 1444 (23 May 2023) two decrees No. 2.23.273 amending and supplementing decree 2.14.652 for the implementation of law No. 101.12 on price freedom and competition, and No. 2.23.274 amending and supplementing decree No. 2.15.109 for the implementation of law No. 20.13 on the Competition Council.
