Press release regarding the meeting of the Permanent Commission of the Competition Council

In accordance with the provisions of Article 14 of Law 20-13 concerning the Competition Council, the Permanent Commission of the Council held a meeting on Monday, February 13, 2023 at 09:30, under the chairmanship of Mr. Ahmed Rahhou, President of the Competition Council, to examine the files submitted to it by the Council’s investigative services.

At the beginning of its work, the Permanent Commission approved the minutes of its meeting held on February 09, 2023. The Permanent Commission then decided to authorize the following economic concentration operations:

• • The exclusive takeover of the company “Trelleborg Wheel Systems Holding AB” by the company “The Yokohama Rubber Co, Ltd” through the acquisition of 100% of its share capital and voting rights;
  • The indirect exclusive takeover by “Slp Omnes Croissance 5” and “Fcpr Omnes Croissance N°5 Private Investors Fcr” of “Simpliciti”, through the acquisition of 85% of its share capital and voting rights;
  • The exclusive takeover by the company “Derichebourg SA” of the company “Elior Group SA” by acquiring an additional 24.04% of the share capital and voting rights;
  • The establishment of a joint venture between the company “Société industrielle et commerciale pour le développement agricole S.A.” and the company “Ginegar Plastics Products Ltd”.
