Press release regarding the meeting of the Permanent Commission of the Competition Council

In accordance with the provisions of Article 14 of Law 20-13 on the Competition Council, the Permanent Commission of the council held a meeting on Monday, February 06, 2023 at 09:30, under the chairmanship of Mr. Ahmed Rahhou, President of the Competition Council, to examine the files submitted to it by the Council’s investigative services.

At the beginning of its work, the Permanent Commission approved the Minutes of its meeting held on January 30, 2023.
The Permanent Commission then decided to authorize the following economic concentration operations:

• • The acquisition by Sage Automotive Interiors INC of the exclusive control of Lamination Automotive Fabrics SARL through the acquisition of 100% of its share capital and voting rights;
  • The acquisition by Sage Global Automotive S.R.L of joint control of Ert Automotive Morocco SARL through the acquisition of a controlling interest of 30% of its share capital;
  • The joint control of the company Olena SARL AU by the company Cdg Invest SA, through the acquisition of 33.34% of its share capital and associated voting rights;
  • The establishment of a joint venture by Cariad Estonia SA and Horizon Together Holding LTD.
