Statement from the Competition Council

In accordance with the provisions of Article 33 of Law 104-12 on freedom of prices and competition, the Competition Council will hold an additional session to that of July 7, 2022, on Thursday, July 28, 2022, at its headquarters located at Avenue Attine, Mahaj Ryad Buildings 7 and 8, 4th floor, Hay Ryad – Rabat starting at 9:30 am.
This session will be dedicated to completing the work of the session held on Thursday, July 7, 2022, which aimed at examining the referral registered at the General Secretariat of the Council under number 27/إ/2020 on September 16, 2020, regarding practices implemented by the Order of Chartered Accountants in the legal and contractual financial audit market.
