In accordance with the provisions of Article 14 of Law 20-13 on the Competition Council, the Permanent Commission of the Council held a meeting on Thursday, June 9, 2022 at 09:30, under the chairmanship of Mr. Ahmed Rahhou, President of the Competition Council, to examine the files submitted to it by the Council’s investigation services.
At the beginning of its work, the Permanent Commission approved the minutes of its meeting held on May 30, 2022.
The Permanent Commission then made decisions to authorize the following four economic concentration operations:

- The acquisition by KKR Inception BidCo, S.LU of the company IVI-RMA Global S.L., and its subsidiaries the real estate companies Valwealth Management, S.L., IVI RMA Global Activos Inmobiliarios, S.L., and Genesis Property Management, LLC;
- The exclusive control by the Bouygues group of the new entity that will bring together the activities of the TF1 group and those of the Métropole Télévision (M6) group;
- The joint control of the ‘ADIT’ group by the company ‘Sagard Sas.’ and the company ‘Bpifrance Investissement’;
- Indirect acquisition of the exclusive control of Nantong Yanfeng Adient Seating Trim Co., Ltd.1 (“YFAT” or the “Target”) by Adient plc, an Irish company, through Adient Asia Holdings Co., Ltd. (“Adient Asia”), a subsidiary owned 100% by Adient from KEIPER Seating Mechanisms Co., Ltd (“Keiper”);
- Furthermore, the Council decided to conduct an in-depth review of the economic concentration project concerning the acquisition by the company ‘VIVENDI S.E.’ of the exclusive control of the company ‘LAGARDERE S.A’ through the acquisition of 45.1% of its capital and 37.2% of its voting rights.
